I'm a repeat customer. Five years ago I bought a used Mazda Premacy from Bryce. I never had any problems beyond the usual wear and tear. I have just traded in the Premacy opting for a smaller but newer, used Toyota Ractis. I chose Bryce again because he's not a fly-by-night salesman who doesn't know what after-sales customer care means. I know that if I have any issues, he is going to bend over backwards to rectify things because he knows that word gets around - either way.
